Andrew
Simkin
- Founded Argent Partners in 2002, and has been involved day to day in all the Firm’s significant transactions
- Prior to Argent Partners, Andrew was at Morgan Grenfell / Deutsche Bank for 12 years from 1989. He specialised in metals & mining from 1995, becoming European Head of Metals & Mining in 1998
- Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC)
- BSc Hons in Chemical Engineering
Robert
Butler
- Joined Argent Partners in 2008, and has been involved in all the Firm’s significant transactions since that date
- Lead Partner on all the Firm’s cash flow modelling work
- Prior to Argent Partners, Robert worked in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services, within the Valuations & Business Modelling team
- Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte
- MA and MPhil in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge
